Late, Cancel, & No Show Fees

Late Cancel 

refers to when a rider who has booked into class cancels out of class after the cancellation window has closed. The rider will lose their pass used to book into class, but will not be charged and additional fee. The rider must cancel out of class at least one hour before class start time to retain their class pass. 

No Show 

refers to a rider who is booked into a class but can no longer attend, and a) does not late cancel their attendance on their account and b) does not show up for class. In this case, the rider will lose their pass and be charged a No Show fee of $5.00. In this situation, the rider has not let The Studio know they can no longer attend by late cancelling, resulting in a missed opportunity to ride for another rider.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding of these policies. We have a lot of people who want to spin with us, and these policies are in consideration of your fellow riders and you Studio team! 

Waitlist Policy

If the class you would like to attend is full, we encourage you to get on the waitlist – there is often movement in the waitlist as the class date/time approaches!

When someone in class cancels out, the next person on the waitlist will get bumped into class, in booking order. Once on the waitlist, you’ll be able to see what position you hold. 

When you are added to class off the waitlist, you will be notified by email. 

NOTE If you have turned off email notifications, you will not be notified by email. You will still be subject to late cancel/no show fees. Please ensure your email notifications are turned on, otherwise make sure you check your schedule frequently to see if you have been added to class.  

You will not be bumped into the class after the booking window closes (2 hours before class start time).

If you are bumped into class and can no longer attend, we ask that you cancel out of class to allow other riders the opportunity to get into class. If you do not late cancel and do not show up, you will be charged the No Show fee. 

Cancellation Policy 

If you are signed up for a class but can no longer attend and need to cancel out of a class, you must do so 2 hours prior to class start time. 

EX Class start time of 3:00 pm, you must cancel out before 1:00 pm to avoid late cancel fees. If you do not late cancel out of class and do not show up, you will be charges a no show fee. 

Refund Policy

Passes are not refundable or transferrable to another rider.
