Welcome to Spin!
Spin, also known as indoor cycling, is a great full-body, cardio-focused, low-impact workout — all on a bike! Riders aged 15+ can join our rides. In class we ride to the rhythm of the music, working through a ride that’s carefully developed for different levels of difficulty and intensity. We go lights low, music up, and work up a sweat that leaves you feeling so proud of what you’ve accomplished!

Riders under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian and must attend their first class with their parent, guardian, or other responsible adult.
Class Formats
Intro to Spin. In this class, we’ll walk you through everything you need to know from the moment you walk through our doors. We’ll get you fitted for shoes, set up on the bikes, and walk you through the different track profiles you can expect in a class.
Spin 45. Our 45 is our regular class – 45 minutes of cycling taking you through races, climbs, attacks, and more! This 45-minute includes a cool-down at the end of class.
Spin Express. This is a modified version of Spin 45. We’ve taken a few tracks out to get the most sweat out of thirty minutes. This 30-minute class includes a cool-down at the end of class.
Spin Lite. This is another modified version of Spin 45. This time around, we’ve taken out some of the more intense tracks for a bit of a different ride – but don’t think this means easy, you’ll still find a great sweat!
